Finalists for the Industrial Design category should submit mockups. According to DOED, this year marks the 13th anniversary of Taipei International Design Award. (5) The prize money does not include acquiring of designer's intellectual property right.

The total prize money is up to NT 3.8 million including NT 600K for the grand prize -Taipei City Mayor Award. Once the award winners are announced, no information can be changed, including website announcements and special issues.
