Or maybe it’s just “holy hell, these systems load games fast.” For another test, we also measured the time to get from the launch icon on the consoles’ respective dashboards to the start menu, hitting start to bypass the opening cinematic. I gotta say, I've been playing with this one for about a month and there is a certain amount of grip that this controller really gives you that I really, really like it. Meanwhile, the PS5 controller packs in modern features that will make playing certain games a lot more engaging (so long as things like haptics and adaptive triggers are supported by the game). I just have to show you what they look like side by side. These issues may smooth out over time, but it’s hard to say when or if the DualSense will just “work” on PC and other platforms. Fortnite will be playable for free on PS5 and Xbox Series X when those systems release this week. So what's the big deal? The takeaway here is that if you want to play Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition and you’re not doing it on a PS5, you are wasting precious seconds of your life. The One S simply isn’t powerful enough, at least not by 2020 standards.
